The property is offered for short-term rental during the summer season. The rest of the year, this four-season cottage is primarily used by the sellers, their family, and friends.

The SELLERS advise that it has not been possible to determine with certainty whether the sale of the property will be SUBJECT TO GST/QST, IN WHOLE, IN PART, OR EXEMPT.

As a precaution, the price currently listed assumes 100% GST/QST APPLICABILITY. The total amount actually payable by the buyer may therefore be less than the amount currently displayed, depending on the applicable taxes and their proportionate nature.
