Please note the following:

1. Tenants must purchase $2,000,000 in tenant insurance upon signing the lease, valid for the entire lease term;

2. No smoking (no smoking of tobacco, marijuana/cannabis, or any other substance);

3. No cultivation of cannabis or any other drugs inside or outside the property;

4. No Airbnb, short-term rentals, or subletting without the landlord's consent are permitted;

5. No pets;

6. The tenant must return the property in the same condition as when received at the start of the lease, less normal wear and tear.

7. If tenants require assistance from the landlords for any reason, the landlords will be available to come within 48-72 hours.

8. A full pre-rental screening is mandatory and must be conducted by Oligny & Thibodeau at the tenant's expense (approximately $59.99 + tax per person screened).
