According to the municipal specifications, the following
business are permitted in zone C-3:

Retail business, personal services, professional & other
services, arterial business and services,
catering/restaurant, accommodation (eg. hotel/motel etc),
interior leisure business, vehicle business and services,
heavy and para-industrial business and services, light
industry, municipal services, microbrewery and
micro-distillery, specialised laboratory and research
center (with production), workshop for carpentry,
machining, welding and electricity, tourist office, garage
for mechanics, bodywork and aesthetics for all types of
vehicles, including repair and maintenance, sale of parts
and accessories for motor vehicles, including installation,
vehicle and trailer rental service, sale of bulk products
and materials (paving, gravel, soil) (without renovation
centre, hardware store, nursery or garden centre), sale of
agricultural products and materials.
