Fiddler Lake Resort is a prestigious domain of 86 privately owned log homes, used primarily for short-term rental, spread over 250 acres of forest with lakefront on Lake Fiddler.

Located about 15 minutes from St-Sauveur (restaurants, shops, festivals, Mont St-Sauveur, Highway 15) & 10 minutes to Morin-Heights (alpine skiing, aerobic corridor, cafes, restaurants, IGA, SAQ) and 50 mins from Montreal.

Access to the recreation centre with in-ground heated pools (indoor and outdoor), tennis & pickle ball courts, ice skating, hiking trails, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, outdoor play area for children (fees applicable).

The resort is both safe and private with monitored gates at the entrance.

If purchased as an income property, the government allows owners to use the cottage for personal use (to occupy it themselves) for a certain percentage of the year. Each owner is a shareholder of the resort & his share (class A) must be transferred with the sale. Each shareholder is required to pay the monthly fee ($750) (Home Owners' Association).

Various optional service contracts also available (for a fee): chalet maintenance, access to recreation centre, lawn mowing and snow removal, cable television and internet.
