Regarding the wastewater treatment system, according to the invoice dated 2024, this system is a 750-gallon concrete septic tank with a drain field. The sellers told me they had the septic tank pumped in 2024, but they no longer have the invoice. The municipality has a copy, and I'm waiting for their response. A request for information was sent to them on May 5, 2026. The buyer will have to cover the cost of pumping the septic tank.
