The tenant and their visitors agree to abide by the condominium bylaws/building regulations, and the tenant will be responsible for paying for any fines charged to the landlord during the lease. First-month rent deposit in addition to a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be given at the signing of the lease. The tenant agrees to keep the condo well-maintained, returned clean, and in the same condition as delivered (except for normal wear and tear).
