If purchased as an income property, the government allows owners to use the cottage for personal use (to occupy it themselves) for a certain percentage of the year. Each owner is a shareholder of the resort & his share (class A) must be transferred with the sale. Each shareholder is required to pay the monthly fee ($750) (Home Owners' Association).
